REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES.
Your order for the Service will be confirmed and you will have entered into a binding contract with Bell in accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement when (i) you submit your online order and it is accepted by Netaxis, or (ii) your phone order is confirmed by email or other form. If you subscribe to the Service on a month-to-month basis and cancel your Service during a billing period, you must call 514-482-8989 to advise Netaxis of such cancellation. Your charges will be pro-rated for such billing period and your Account will be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of Netaxis' receipt of your cancellation notice.

Upon cancellation or termination of the Service, the cancellation fee for any non-returned Equipment will be charged as liquidated damages. Upon cancellation or termination of the Service, you must call 514-482-8989 in addition to your obligation to return the Equipment.
